The Pines Assisted Living is a grand assisted living community in Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin. It is within picturesque Sauk County which is part of the Badger State.

• Our Nurses are available 24 hours a day and stay in close communication with a resident’s family and physician.  They also are available to assess health changes that often can avoid complications or hospitalization.
• We have one of the highest staff-to-resident ratios in Wisconsin assisted living.  That means our round-the-clock caregivers are more available to help with a resident’s physical needs and to learn what makes them a unique person
• Our full time Activity Directors make it their priority to learn each person’s hobbies and interests.  They help residents  connect to new friends and tailor a Life Enrichment program to help residents engage in active living and stay young at heart.
