Four Winds Manor & Lodge is a privately owned and operated skilled nursing, rehabilitation and assisted living facility serving the Verona community and surrounding area by providing varying levels of skilled nursing, rehabilitation and assisted living to our residents.
Four Winds Manor offers a variety of Assisted Living Services. Our Harborside Assisted Living meets the needs of those requiring more physical assistance or who may be more medically complex.
Trade Winds Assisted Living provides a home-like atmosphere where residents can continue to enjoy activities that give their lives meaning and dignity. It’s the perfect alternative for seniors who can no longer live on their own at home, yet don’t need 24-hour, complex medical supervision.

Our 24-hour skilled nursing facility offers post-hospital care with comfortable private and semi-private accommodations. We offer individualized care planning and regular health assessments including physical, occupational and speech therapies.

Our on-site therapy provides our residents and community members with the capabilities to maintain their independent lifestyle. Our programs can make a significant difference in one’s health and well being. The frequency and intensity of rehab can improve one’s chances of a successful and shorter recovery. The goal of our rehabilitation service is to accelerate healing and improve the client’s quality of life to the highest level possible.
We accomplish this goal by providing individualized programs developed by physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team.
The treatment plans and programs of all the different therapies may include activities that focus on any of the following areas and more:

- Balance and falls management/prevention
