Opus Memoria is a wonderful assisted living community in Anchorage, Alaska. It is within lively Anchorage County which is part of the Last Frontier.

Opus Memoria, which means the Work of Memories, is a six bedroom Assisted Living Facility in the heart of Anchorage. Caregivers receive specialized training to care for those wifth Dementia or Alzheimer's - implementing a customized daily plan to provide the best meals and activities for our residents.

Dementia is a progressive disease. With every changing needs, our staff will update each resident's plan of care as needed. With a progressive approach to caring for seniors with Dementia and Alzheimer's.  Opus Memoria has made it a daily goal to create moment-to-moment activities that center around the resident's care, memories and relationships with our staff.

Caregivers are there to provide the appropriate assistance to each resident as needed. Individual care plans address the needs for medication, bathing, transportation, activities, companionship, incontinence care and memory exercises!

Our specialized work centers around the needs and quality of life of each resident. Daily activities are in place to keep the residents safe, active and living out their memories through all senses.
