Assumption Community is comprised of Assumption Home-Skilled Nursing Facility, Assumption Court Apartments, John Paul Apartments, Assumption Community Therapy, Assumption Home Care, Assumption Community Services, and Faith in Action. The variety of services that we provide allows for our organization to care for individuals requiring varying levels of care, and support them in reaching their care goals.
