Each resident becomes part of a family in our neighborhood-style layout with only 14 residents per cottage, so they receive personalized care and attention daily from our staff. Residents can interact and engage with the other residents and loved ones in our beautifully appointed common areas or outside on our shady porches with a view of the blooming landscape and within hearing of a variety of chirping birds. All our homes are wheelchair accessible, have handrails, and include natural cues where applicable so residents can feel empowered wherever they go.
In the kitchen and dining area, residents receive three delicious and nutritious meals a day, created by a nutritionist with both dietary needs and variety in mind. Many healthy snacks are also available throughout the day to ensure comfort and contentment. Our centrally located address is close to shopping, parks, and other areas of interest in the north Phoenix, AZ area, so some of our residents’ most anticipated excursions are to their longtime favorite restaurants.
Individual or shared companion rooms are well-appointed and include housekeeping and laundry services. Residents are encouraged to participate in our many daily, weekly, and monthly events and activities, all of which are facilitated by trained staff with nurses and assistance available for transportation and any needs that arise. Programs like Music and Memory, live music performances, equine therapy, gardening, hobbies, games, movies, walks, and outings all work to enhance and enrich the outer and inner lives of our residents.
