Our certified expert in Lifestyle Medicine reviews each resident's health history, diet, and medications along with recent lab results to develop a Lifestyle plan designed to optimize health and improve quality of life.

Arthritis, physical disabilities, and age-related conditions are some of the few circumstances that prevent patients from caring for themselves. Our caregivers can assist you with daily tasks such as mobility, eating, exercising, and grooming.

Companionship is key to a trusted relationship with our caregivers. We not only strive to help you with everyday tasks but want to develop a caring relationship with you. We provide one-on-one attention and care that cannot compare in other settings. We constantly monitor each resident's health status.

At The Palms our experienced chefs prepare three nutritious meals daily featuring the finest meats, poultry, fish, fresh vegetable and fruits, delicious desserts and breads. Meals are both satisfying and loaded with health building nutrients.

• Breakfast begins the day upon arising with a combination of hot or cold cereal, eggs, bacon, toast, waffles, pancakes, fruit, coffee, tea, and/or juice.  
• Snacks are served mid-morning, mid-afternoon, and before bedtime.
• Lunch combines power packed sumptuous nutrient dense foods that tantalize your taste buds and boost your daily energy.
• At supper time a delicious entrée is served usually accompanied by the soup of the day and a tasty tempting dessert.
• Fresh fruit and juices, desserts, and nutritious snacks are always available for our residents.
• Separate menus can be created to meet the needs and desires of residents with special dietary requirements.
• In the event of illness residents can be served meals in their rooms.
