Amazing Grace Home Care is a fine assisted living community in Fullerton, California. It is within bustling Orange County which is part of the Golden State.

Our staff share a single goal: “To lovingly help our residents in any way possible”. Besides her obvious compassion for the patients in her care, Elena offers a solid background in nursing. She is a practicing nurse with many years experience. She is also a Certified Administrator for Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly.

We understand the thoughts and feelings that exist when choosing quality residential care. We recognize the emotions felt by our residents and their families.

We seek to provide a warm home for each of our residents, and at the same time encourage them to remain socially active. Our facility is nested within a quiet, friendly, residential neighborhood. Thoughtfully planned days are arranged according to each resident’s needs and desires. In our home, friends and visitors are gladly welcomed. Special occasions, birthdays and holidays are planned to enhance contentment in the comfort of the home.

Our services are tailored to fit the individual needs of each resident. This includes:

• Comprehensive personalized care around the clock (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) by professional staff
• 3 nutritious home cooked meals provided daily with snacks in between
• Assistance with daily medications
• Plan, arrange and/or provide transportation to medical and dental appointments
• Shopping and entertainment based on residents’ request and ability
• Additional services including Home Health, Occupation and Physical Therapy and Hospice are welcome in our facility
• There are LVN’s on staff and a RN on call as well as a Physician on call
• There are private and sharing rooms available that all come with a private bath
• Each room has Internet, Cable and Phone Equipped
