Vita Home is a peaceful assisted living community in Oakley, California. It is within remarkable Contra Costa County which is part of the Golden State.

As an Assisted Residential Care Home in Oakley,  since 2017, VITA Senior Care Home has been providing exceptional care, tenderness, and quality services for the elderly residents. We maintain a high-quality connection with the elders and their families, provide clean housing, and personal assistance.

Our home is only open for limited numbers of residents to accommodate, the area is comfortable, and peaceful and emits supportive vibes to the seniors. Given this fact, the caregivers can focus more on the comfort and implement an individual approach due to a small community – to the limit of six residents at a time. This allows our residents to make new friends and enjoy the day together with the staff as well as their own families.

VITA is a senior non-medical, licensed, residential facility, that offers a family environment, comfortable assisted living and 24/7 care.  We comfortably accommodate 6 seniors at a time. Our beautiful, fully remodeled home is located in the heart of the Bay Area. We are just a short drive away from John Muir Medical Center in Brentwood and Kaiser Permanente Hospital in Antioch, CA. Our home is surrounded by beautiful wineries and city parks. Our spacious garden with lawn and comfortable sitting,  is a perfect place to relax and enjoy outdoors.

Our fully remodeled home provides all necessities: spacious private rooms with cable TV and furniture. Our residents never get bored with in house entertainment and games in the common area: TV, DVDs, VHS.

We recognize that every person residing in VITA has a different personality and needs. Therefore, the team of professional caregivers, trained by a nurse, is to provide the gentlest attention they need. The more they get to know the person and their families, the better they can organize and add a personal touch to each of them. We provide continuing education for the staff in senior care.

Being a small community (six residents at a time)  allows us to provide an individual approach to our residents. We recognize that each person has their own beliefs, personal preferences, culture, and traditions. Our goal is to provide individualized care for our residents to ensure their overall wellbeing.

We provide care, assistance, and supervision to seniors who are alert and independent,  and also to cognitively impaired seniors who need assistance with their daily activities. We tailor our services to meet the specific needs of our residents.

Our dedicated staff prepares daily fresh, delicious and healthy meals that align with our resident’s nutritional goals. Healthy snacks are always available.

We offer full amenities, cozy common areas, and professionally trained staff with the supervision from the owner/administrator who has over 10 years of nursing experience.
