Close to Home provides:

• 3 nutritious, balanced and appetizing meals per day; snacks are served throughout the day.
• Our staff is trained to accommodate resident’s special meal requests or prescribed diets.
• Assistance with daily living activities such as dressing, grooming, bathing, mobility, feeding, oral care, and incontinence care.
• Housekeeping, fresh linens, personal laundry (optional dry cleaning available).
• Medication management and assistance with taking prescribed & over-the-counter medications.
• Scheduling doctor’s appointments and assistance with transportation to appointments.
• Access to optional health & well-being services, including in-house beauty services, physical therapy, occupational therapy, mental health, and in-home medical care.
• Trained, professional, friendly and caring staff members always on site, 24 hours a day.
• All staff speaks English and maintains a current First Aid certificate.
• Each employee is carefully screened and undergoes both a criminal and drug background check.
• Bedside care for minor ailments.
• Daily observation of residents general health & personal care.
