Compared to nursing homes and larger assisted living facilities, at Vista Del Mar Villas, we personalize the care provided to each of our residents in the warmth of a home-like setting. Starting with seniors over 60, we specialize in 24-hour assistance with each resident in their daily living activities.

Our professional experience is not only with the elderly suffering from Cancer-related chronic illnesses, heart failure, and residents with recent hospitalizations due to falls, but we also take extra care for those with Parkinson’s, Alzheimers and Dementia. Our compassionate team is comprised of a Certified Administrator, who is also an experienced Registered Nurse, a Facility Manager, and a team of dedicated caregivers who aim to accommodate our residents with the greatest level of care and love.

• 24-hour care, supervision, and companionship!
• We have two (2) trained caregivers during the day and one (1) trained caregiver at night for 24-hour supervision
• Weekly music and game events
• Manicures, pedicures, make up, and hair cut services provided
• Work hand in hand with resident’s Physicians, Home Health and Hospice services

• Assessment and observation of our residents for overall function

• Residents’ rooms are cleaned daily and beds are made daily
• Fully operable electric hospital beds with linens, pillows, and blankets are provided
• Daily laundry service provided
• Six (6) bed hospice waivers provided
• Transportation can be arranged for any medical appointments
• Assistance with prescribed medications and any over the counter medications
• Internet and Cable services included
• Flat screen televisions provided
• Facility phone is provided for incoming and outgoing calls for the residents
• Three (3) healthy meals a day, nutritional shakes and snacks are provided. Individualized diets such as vegan, diabetic, vegetarian, heart failure diet, pureed, mechanical soft diet are all available
