Our skilled nursing department provides on-site rehabilitation and restorative nursing to help our residents regain their highest prior level of independence possible after an illness or hospital stay.

Gold Country offers a full complement of amenities and services including one and two bedroom apartments with convenient kitchens, housekeeping and maintenance services, and chef-prepared meals each day, transportation, an on-site salon and much more!
We understand when the activities of daily living can become difficult. We offer the option of being able to enjoy your retirement while living in our assisted living studio units. Our trained caregivers assist with medication management, daily living assistance, coordination with outside healthcare providers as well as engaging activities and trips. We also offer three nutritious meals with the large meal being serviced at mid-day in our family style dining room. There are caregivers on site 24 hours a day.
If the need arises for you to receive skilled nursing care and you meet the admission criteria, our 68-bed skilled nursing and healthcare center is available to you. Our rehabilitation team is comprised of RN’s, LVN’s, CNA’s, Physical and Occupational Therapist and a Speech-Language Pathologist. Our care team works together, along with your physician, to assist each resident to reach their highest prior level of independence possible in an environment that promotes health and supports independence.
Our restorative nursing and rehabilitation team is made up of registered nurses, licensed practical and vocational nurses, physical and occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists. All of the members of our rehabilitation team work together to promote independence, safety, and they assist each resident in attaining their highest potential of functional ability. We provide post-acute rehabilitation and out-patient therapy to those in need. We are here with multiple levels of care to assist you in getting back to your optimal self.
