At Gordon Manor, we are committed to not only meeting, but exceeding the number of training hours required by the state licensing agency on specific topics. We’ve developed our own training program consisting of classroom sessions and hands-on practical training to ensure consistent quality in our staff training. We have a full-time employee on staff who is dedicated to training and quality control. We utilize the skills and availability of other health professionals and professional trainers to supplement our program with the latest care-giving techniques and methods.

We want residents and their families to have the peace of mind of knowing that the final stages of life will still be as comfortable as possible. We are licensed to accept residents who need hospice care and we have strong relationships with local hospice agencies. We team up with the local hospice agencies, which then become part of our team to provide excellent end-of-life care for our residents as well as support services for their families.

Our dedicated staff helps ease the transition into assisted living. We are here to help residents and their families address any emotions, questions, or concerns.
