Ocean Breeze Care Home is owned and operated by a Registered Nurse with over 35 years of experience in various aspects of health care. We are a dedicated family, providing you and your loved one exceptional care and comfort in a caring, safe, and homelike environment. We will provide varying levels of non-medical care and supervision to ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents 60 years and above, that require 24 hour care, seven days a week.
Enjoy the great outdoors in our open-air covered backyard. We offer outside dining, karaoke, Wii games, TV viewing or just relaxing, as your senses take in the sights and smells of colorful orchids, tropical plants and various fruit trees.
We are located a few blocks away from Providence Hospital, holder of the Gold Seal Rating for its stroke and acute rehab centers. Averill Park is only 1 block west, offering paved walkways circling numerous waterfalls and pools. The plaza, 1 block up the street has a Deli, Florist, hair salon, post office and other quaint shops. 4 local churches hold services and numerous social events as well. San Pedro is a quiet, but vibrant town offering many attractions for all to enjoy.
We strive to offer you tasteful and nutritious meals and snacks. If some of your favorite meals are not on our menu, we want to hear about that as well. We do not view these as complaints, but merely opportunities, so that we may make your stay with us, and your life, happier. Our house phone is always available to you. Privacy will be respected. You may call your family, or the local Ombudsman whose sole purpose, is to look out for your best interest. We encourage this communication.
We offer immaculate and tastefully furnished private and semi-private rooms in our spacious purpose built facility. Our only priority is to provide personal assistance with all activities of daily living including, but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, assist/supervise daily medications, as well as providing three nutritious meals a day, unlimited snacks between meals. Transportation provided for local hair/nail services, medical and dental appointments. Arrangements can be made to attend senior citizen’s centers, social functions, shopping or just perhaps a scenic drive. We strive to meet each resident’s social and recreational needs. Our on-site RN, with over 35 years of experience, will continuously provide ongoing observations and assessments of each individual resident. Friends and family visits are always allowed and encouraged. Family gatherings, celebrating birthdays or other holiday events can also be arranged.

- Personal assistance with all activities of daily living. Monitoring and supervising of all medications.
- 3 Nutritious, home cooked meals served daily, unlimited healthy snacks and special dietary needs addressed
- Scheduling, transportation and escorting to local medical, dental, hair, and nail appointments.
- Laundry, fresh linen, housekeeping, performed on site daily
