The Bird of Paradise Home

The Bird of Paradise Home is a resplendent assisted living community in Temecula, California. It is within elegant Riverside County which is part of the Golden State.

We are a licensed Residential Care Facility for Elderly (RCFE) to provide care for elderly aged 60 years old and over. It is also known as an Assisted Living facility or a Board & Care home for seniors. Many families know us by the name of the Bird of Paradise board & care home. We accommodate both ambulatory or non-ambulatory individual, and those who are in need to recover from stroke, are frail, or are having dementia/Alzheimer. We are caring for them all the way to the end. We can accommodate a short term living as well just to help relieve family members from their duty. Our residents live in a home-like environment together as a community of up to 6 seniors who need assistance in their daily living, personal and social activities.

It is our mission to provide well-designed and comprehensive care in a high quality home community environment.  We have a desirable location, offer safety and comfort, and a warm caring environment.  All care is conducted by our team of doctors, physician assistants, family nurse practitioners, licensed vocational nurses, and certified nurse assistants, and those with knowledge and experience in psychology and social works. But most important is we believe in honesty and communication.

Our practice of care giving is beyond other facilities can provide.  We help our senior citizens with their activities of daily living, as well as personal and social activities.  We customize and personalize the care to each individual's needs.  We accommodate either ambulatory or non-ambulatory individuals, or those who are in need of recovery after a stroke, those who are frail, or those who have dementia or Alzheimer's.  We also offer Respite and Hospice Care
