My Serenity Board and Care

Welcome to My Serenity Board & Care facility. We are licensed residential care facility located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in West Hills. The facility managed by licensed nurse who holds with ample training and experience since 1994 in Geriatric, Alzheimer’s care, Diabetes, and Dialysis.

Serenity Board & Care facility is conveniently located less than a mile from West Hills Hospital. Parks, shop centers synagogues and churches short distance away. We are licensed to provide specialized care to ambulatory, non-ambulatory, and memory challenged residents.

Although most elderly people prefer to remain in the privacy and comfort of their own home, there are quite a few seniors that require a Care Giver while in their retirement homes, community centers and other nursing facilities.
