Lincoln Park Living Center is locally owned and operated. Located in the heart of Hugo Colorado just two blocks East from the Lincoln Community Hospital.
Our rooms at Lincoln Park Living Center vary in size. All rooms come with a twin bed, night stand, tall dresser, lamp, chair, and bedding along with towels, hand towels, and washclothes. Each room has a half bath with a toilet and sink. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are also provided. We encourage family members to decorate their loved ones room with pictures and things they love. Just because we provide the following does not mean you have to use it. Our mission is to create a home like environment for our resident's well being.
Lincoln Park Living Center features living, in a home setting for residents who do not require skilled nursing care. We provide 24- hour assisted living services by staff who are highly trained in geriatric care. Lincoln Park Living Center accommodates ten to fourteen residents who enjoy a quality lifestyle while encouraging independence and individuality along with group association. Our mission is for the resident and family members to be comfortable with Lincoln Park and to provide the upmost care for our residents. We work closely with the local doctor, hospital, home health, and have an RN on staff to help us provide complete care. We value the residents and assist them in any and all areas that they may need. At Lincoln Park we want our residents to maintain their independence and diginty to the fullest measure possible.
At Lincoln Park Living Center our staff plays an important part in the care and well being of the resident. We do on the job training and continuing courses along with in-services to make sure that we are providing the upmost care to our residents. Personal care aides help in assisting the day to day needs of the resident, along with daily housekeeping, meal preparation, daily laundry services, activities, and just being there for comfort and extra care. We take great pride in serving you and your loved one with the best care!
We believe that taking care of yourself inside and out is important to living a full life. At Lincoln Park Living Center we provide healthy home cooked and nutritious meals and snacks. We offer a variety of exercise programs and have recently started a Wellness Wednesday campaign. Card games and trivia sessions help with maintaining an active mind. We invite volunteers from the community to participate with us. Social needs are also important to the health and wellness of our residents.
At Lincoln Park Living Center we create an activity calendar based on the person's individuality and independence. We believe that maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle increases mobility, keeps the mind keen, and improves behaviors in a postive light. We encourage the resident to strive to be as independent as possible. They may continue any activities prior to admission, we want them to make this home.
