At Carla's Assisted Living we believe that the more active we keep, the healthier we will be. We involve our residents in both group activities and one on one activities. Many local churches take turns coming every Sunday, two services a day are provided every Sunday. Varieties of activities are provided daily. some samples are; News and comics, baking, crafts, bible study, games, RSVP, birthday parties, shopping, different local bands coming to entertain, and even the local day care center bringing children to interact with residents. This is just a sample of the fun we have.
Services We Provide
ADL Services; we offer assistance with most activities of daily living to include bathing, showering, dressing, incontinence management, hygiene, transferring, eating, and recreational activities. We provide protective oversight and supervision. Housekeeping and linen services are provided. Valet services are provided as a convenience for our residents.
Nursing Services; we have a Registered Nurse that comes and does all of our assessments and gives instructions on the best possible way to enhance your care. She also over sees our charting and acts as a liaison with the physicians.
Medication Management; we can administer all of your medications for you, or we can set up your medications in a reminder box and you may administer them yourself. It is totally your choice.
Dietary Services; we offer three wonderfully cooked meals a day. We have snacks available for your convenience at all times. Our meals are prepared just like at home. Our meal times are 7:30 am, 12:00 pm, 5:30 pm.
Staffing; we have fully qualified medication administration staff on duty 24 hours a day. Many of our caregivers are state certified nursing assistants. All of our staff is fully trained in emergency situations, CPR, and First-aid.
Activities; we offer a wide variety of activities to promote both physical and social well being. An active person is a healthier person.

We are very proud of our facility and we take pride in the care we give. We take time to care for all of our residents so that they feel like they are at home and in complete control of their life. Carla's Assited Living offers assisted living, adult day care, respite care, and senior services. We have qualified medication administration personnel on duty 24 hours a day. Certified Nursing Assistants and a Registered Nurse. We also work with Lincoln Community Home Health and Hospice in providing physical therapy, occupational therapy, hospice, and skilled nursing services.
No one should look at going into an assisted living and feel like they are giving up anything. Instead, we try to make them feel like they are living in a community with friends. We promote independence while giving assistance and encouragement as needed. Some of the services we provide are medication management, assistance with bathing, a beauty salon, manicures, and pedicures, assistance with everyday living skills and activities.
