The Libby Bortz has 111 assisted living apartments for modest income, older adults. The apartments are all studio floor plans averaging 255 square feet. A few models are slightly larger for couples. All of the apartments have private bathrooms and are not equipped with individual kitchen facilities because 3 meals a day are served in a beautifully decorated central dining room.

The apartments at The Libby Bortz are all private, unfurnished studios but include carpet and window coverings. Residents are encouraged to bring their furnishings and mementos to personalize their space. Throughout the property there are beautifully decorated common areas with pleasant and comfortable seating areas. Residents are encouraged to socialize and enjoy not only the common areas, but take advantage of the many organized social and recreation activities that occur daily.
