The Broadmoor has three distinct neighborhoods which is anchored by a specially designed all-female neighborhood called Magnolia Terrace. These modestly accentuated neighborhoods can comfortably and effectively accommodate residents with mild to advanced stages of Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory loss diseases. This enables each resident the opportunity to remain at home and to age in place during the latter stages of their life.
