Laurel Oaks is an assisted living facility based in Jacksonville, Florida. It is located on 5 acres of land near Florida State College of Jacksonville. Laurel Oaks residents live in comfortable, calm, and relaxed surroundings including; a beautiful landscape, large pond; screened in porch in the back, and also two large gazebo's located on the side of the facility. There are two private rooms and two semi-private rooms specializing in care for senior adults. We take care to ensure our residents maintain their privacy, independence and self-esteem while encouraging them in daily activities to promote physical, mental and social involvement.
