Our state of the art medication and resident care technology provides peace of mind by helping to ensure that care is provided on time. Residents live in private or companion apartments that range in size from cozy studios to large one bedrooms.
We offer a wide range of activities so residents can do exactly what they want each day. Whether learning from a guest lecturer, relaxing on our veranda, or traveling the world with our Passport Dining Experience, the options are virtually limitless.
Our dedicated assisted living staff includes a resident care supervisor, resident assistants, a full-time activities coordinator, and access to third-party health care providers. This devoted staff is available for residents around-the-clock.

Residents are involved in daily therapeutic and recreational activities such as Dakim® Brain Fitness, music therapy, pet therapy, and sensory stimulation to encourage independence and preserve dignity.
Grand Villa of Pinellas Park offers a Respite Care program that gives family caregivers a break from the often stressful task of caring for a family member full-time. Respite Care gives families who are not ready for full-time senior living the extra support they need to maintain home care over the long-term.
Our Short-term Stay program gives caregivers the time they need to rest and rejuvenate. These types of stays are also ideal for a senior who is recuperating from a hospital stay. Short-term Stay guests enjoy all the amenities of our residents for a few days, a week, or a month. These include daily chef-prepared meals, assistance with personal care, laundry services and much more.
