They are Certified Nursing Assistant with Med-Tech Certification. They are specially trained in Memory Care (Alzheimer’s & Dementia), Medication Administration, and are closely guided and supervised by an RN/OWNER.

In order to create a thriving environment where those with memory impairment flourishes, our staff focuses on the individual person by understanding each individual and providing memory care specific programs and a consistent schedules which creates a stable yet stimulating environment in which they respond positively. These services can be necessary over the short term for rehabilitation from an illness or injury, or they may be required over the long term for patients who need care on a frequent or around-the-clock basis due to a chronic medical condition.
It involves a licensed nurse managing, observing, and evaluating a patient’s needs and medical status as well as teaching the patient and his or her family members how to continue making healthy choices. Assuring that the safety, physical comfort, and emotional needs of the patient are met.
