Inside our residence, our spacious apartments have a cozy, home-like atmosphere, just waiting for you to add your personal touches. Choose from studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with various layouts.

For those residents who need a higher degree of assistance, Assisted Living staff help residents with basic daily tasks such as bathing, dressing and grooming. The Marrinson Senior Care Assisted Living Residences provide this and much more such as housekeeping, laundry, a beauty salon, assistance with appointments and three chef-prepared meals a day. All the comforts of home with none of the work. Our Assisted Living residents choose from a multitude of options when it comes to recreation, social and therapeutic activities, all specially designed for this level of care.

As an assisted living residence, Williamsburg Landing is an important part of our commitment to offering the full continuum of care. Our assisted living programs are designed for residents who cannot live independently, yet do not require skilled nursing care. Our dedicated staff provide assistance with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing and medication management, allowing residents to maintain as much independence as possible.As a precaution, licensed nurses are available on site 24/7. As in all of our Marrinson Senior Care Residences, the best possible quality of life is our primary goal.

Our experience shows us that when our residents feel a sense of connectedness, quality of life improves. Programs that promote socialization and connection to others are designed to be fun as well as therapeutic. Our Activities Directors are always hard at work creating unique opportunities for socialization. These are available seven days per week, as well as cultural and recreational outings into the charming city of Wilton Manors and also Fort Lauderdale.
