Sunrise at Five Forks, located 30 miles northeast of Atlanta, is a beautiful community tucked away minutes from serene Lawrenceville and Old Town Lilburn. Our Victorian-style community is quiet and comfortable, and features a lovely walking trail surrounding the entire property, as well as a garden and trail within our secure Reminiscence Neighborhood. Our residents and families enjoy the serenity of the outdoors and often use the spaces for relaxation and conversation.

At Sunrise of Five Forks, GA, our residents enjoy a variety of tasty dishes with a menu that’s easy to navigate accompanied by the freedom of choice. Each daily menu offers specials of the day and a la carte options. Our residents’ favorite foods include some down-home southern classics such as fried chicken, cornbread and cooked greens.
 
Our Dining team’s focus is on keeping ingredients fresh and our senior dining service coordinator is always happy to take old family favorites and recreate them for our residents. We regularly collect feedback regarding food preferences and tastes, and ensure through dieticians that our menu options are optimized for a senior-friendly diet.

With our team of culinary professionals, meals are flavorful and nutritional. Holidays and other community celebrations are made even more memorable by our talented Dining team who put together custom menus for these occasions.
