Three balanced and nutritious meals, including snacks. Modified diets are provided if ordered by your physician. Housekeeping services; linen and laundry services. Planned recreational, religious, social and leisure activities. 24-hour supervision by qualified personnel. Assistance with writing letters, making and receiving phone calls, reminders of appointments and up-coming activities. Communications and progress reports to families and physicians. Outside medical services are available for on-site care partnering with your Home Health Care, Hospice Care, etc. RN on-call. Pharmacy delivered prescriptions. Elaine’s assist with health maintenance activities ordered by your physician; such as diabetic management and blood pressure monitoring *. Additional services; Transportation to medical appointments*, Beauty/barber shop services *, Dry cleanings services *, Private phone line, premium cable service * are upon request.

Our services are offered for a few days and/or weeks, the weekend or a few months. Providing assistance with acitivies of daily living; which includes meals, medication supervision, laundry and housekeeping services and general care.
