Artistry Care is a first-class assisted living community in Woodstock, Georgia. It is within popular Cherokee County which is part of the Peach State.

Our residents‘ health and safety is a priority goal for us, and our approach is to individualize care centered around the resident. From coordination of medical care, preparation of meal services, to assisting with mobility risks such as falls and injuries, we ensure our residents‘ health needs are addressed.

Comfort is one of the most important issues of daily life and becomes an increasingly relevant topic as we age into our senior years. It is very important to us that we provide a safe, secure, and clean environment to all of our residents. Our facility has been designed to optimize the comfort of our residents by providing the privacy and services they require to help them maintain their dignity, morale, and health.

We offer group and individualized events and activities based on interests of our residents to create a positive and engaging atmosphere. We also strive to maintain a high quality environment at the facility to provide personal care for each resident through the respect we hold for our residents and their families.

A Personal Care Home provides care within a residential environment. All residents will receive room, board, care, and supervision services that include:

• 24-hour supervision by compassionate and qualified caregivers.
• Large and spacious private bedrooms.
• Walk-in shower, shower chairs, bathtub transfer devices, and toilet safety devices are offered inside all our homes to ensure protection from falls and injuries to our residents in high risk areas.
• Safety features for seniors such as exterior door chime systems, ramps and low rise steps to aide with mobility,  grab bars in showers and bath tub, low hot water temperature to avoid risk of burns, and door handles that can easily be opened.
• Three nutritious meals daily, including an afternoon and an evening snack. Special dietary accommodations can be made as per resident‘s preferences, allergies, or dietary needs, when applicable.
• Outstanding housekeeping services, including room cleaning, community area cleaning, linen changing, trash removal, daily bathroom and kitchen sanitation to ensure an immaculate home-like environment.
• Laundry facilities available on-site.
• Large circle driveway for easy access to and from the home.

Along with accommodations, we offer an organized approach to personal care. We customize care to fit the needs of seniors and their families, and provide assistance and personalized services for our residents in the following areas:

• Assistance with ADLs (Daily Life Activities) not limited to assistance with daily hygiene (which includes, but is not limited to, dressing, grooming, oral care, bathing, help with eating, protection from injury, care in relation to ulcers and contractions, and incontinence), assistance with transferring (between bed, chair, wheelchair, etc.) and mobility issues.
• Coordination of medical care  (e.g. doctor appointments, physical therapy or other appointments).
• Activity calendars for social, group, or house activities.
• Transportation to appointments, group activities available through a senior-based transportation company.
• Frequent quality assurance checks to ensure our residents‘ environment is free of any hazards or safety concerns.
• Individualized care based on residents‘ needs.
• Medication management upon request.
• Direct and reliable line of communication between the home and resident families.
