Being independent. Having a choice. Close to family. Feeling like home. These are the things we cherish. In 1999 a group of North Iowa men and women realized there was a specific housing need.
Apple Valley Clear Lake was built using local labor to create a special place where people can live as independently as possible and get the support they need. Over time Apple Valley grew to Osage and Charles City as a way to provide more housing options in those communities, too.
Today Apple Valley enjoys an outstanding clinical and administrative team, residents remain very active in the community, and the owners are your local friends and neighbors.
