After conducting a comprehensive assessment, to better understand you or your loved ones level of activity, a specialized care plan will be established.
Active Plus Care is the entry level for tenants within the independent wings of our Senior Community. The Active Plus Care level is designed to maximize individual freedom and choice, providing just a little help in the tenants daily life. Services include:
