Fairview Haven

Fairview Haven Retirement Community, consisting of Fairview Haven, Fairview Estates, Fairview Suites and East Haven Condos, is located in the farming community of Fairbury, Illinois. Serenity Villa - a memory support assisted living home - is adding a much-needed service to the Fairview Haven community.

Fairview Haven is a retirement community established on Christian values and dedicated to the care and comfort of senior citizens.

Fairview Suites consists of 14 apartments and common areas attached to the east side of Fairview Haven.  Create familiar, comfortable surroundings with your own furniture just as you do at home!  Various apartment sizes include studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom. Each apartment includes a spacious living area, kitchenette (appliances provided) and fully  wheelchair accessible bathroom. Fairview Suites offers independent living with Supportive Services or Choose Your Own Lifestyle.

• Access to Fairview Haven's religious, activities and social programs

Fairview Estates includes 13 apartments and common areas on the north side of Fairview Haven. Choose from a charming studio or one-bedroom. Each apartment includes spacious living area, kitchenette (microwave and refrigerator provided) and fully wheelchair accessible bathroom. Fairview Estates is licensed for Assisted Living services to help you stay independent as long as possible.

Services at Fairview Estates

• Three buffet-style meals per day served in the Fairview Estates Dining Room.
• Weekly housekeeping services.
• Weekly laundry services.
• Maintenance and repair.
• Paid utilities (except telephone and TV).
• Access to Fairview Haven's religious, activities and social programs.
• Emergency response call button (Lifeline).
• Access to nursing services, such as medication management, assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), etc.

Serenity Villa is Fairview Haven’s newest residence … an assisted living memory support care home built north and east of the current Fairview Haven community. Serenity Villa was dedicated to the glory of God and officially opened on July 26, 2018.

Serenity Villa is a household (small house) memory support care home. (See more information below at left about households.)

20-22 people have the opportunity to reside at Serenity Villa with a dedicated team of memory support caregivers to love and serve them.  Serenity Villa has been intentionally designed as a home with special features of a memory care environment.

The Fairview Haven team strives to provide person-centered care in a friendly, community environment. Fairview Haven's goals are excellent customer service and serving residents and families as unique individuals in creative ways to the best of our abilities. To achieve this, we are continually training our team.
