All residents receive individual care plans developed by a interdisciplinary team to meet their unique physical, social, medical, and dietary needs.
These plans are developed in conjunction with family members during the initial assessment meeting and each resident’s activities, changing interests and progress is tracked and reviewed during a quarterly meeting with family members. Additionally, three healthy meals, as well as therapeutic diet options, approved by a licensed dietitian, are prepared daily by Highview’s resident chefs.
Highview believes the secret to a happy life is where you are, who you’re with and what you’re doing. And while a sense of place goes far, it is the people and experiences that truly make our happy times. Highview strives to achieve this dynamic for each resident, making them feel at home, making them feel loved, and making sure they are loving what they are doing.
