Our quaint community prioritizes residents’ safety and well-being with a completely secured building, 24-hour nursing, and weekly music therapy. With fewer than 35 residents, we focus on providing each resident highly individualized care and attention.
At Sunrise of Wilmette, our Dining team knows how important the dining experience is to our senior residents. Our dedicated team is passionate about food, which can be detected in every bite!
We spice up our dishes with a variety of seasonings to enhance flavors without added salt. Every meal is cooked to order and input from our residents is greatly encouraged. Our most requested resident favorites include beef stew and beef burgundy and many also enjoy our Greek-Caesar salad.
In line with Sunrise Live With Purpose™ programming , we offer a robust schedule of success-oriented activities —designed to enhance dignity and encourage social engagement and brain health. Some resident favorites include trips to Baha’i Temple, Chicago Botanic Garden, and Gillson Park; SingFit, a program designed to engage the mind and body through song, movement, and memory; activities with our dedicated Loyola Academy volunteers.
