[Music] when you move to Mather place all of the things with many of the things that probably took up your day you know if we think about to-do lists you know and you had to wash the dishes you had do the laundry do the grocery shopping plan you your menu for the week you had to vacuum he had to clean all of those have to do well when you moved him out of their place you can just cross those things right off the list because we're going to do all of that so now you have all of this time so you can reprioritize how you want to spend that time [Music] what's important to you new friends new interests new activities maybe you gave up going to the symphony because frankly it wasn't fun driving downtown at night searching for the parking well maybe suddenly you're like I can go to the symphony because Mather place goes and we drive the bus we park it at the curb we we worry about the parking so requirement living to us is truly you know rediscovering passions perhaps you put aside interests you put aside realigning your day to be more about the things that you want to discover [Music] when Mather place creates a treat prior mint calendar it does that based upon what the residents have asked for there are committees for everything from what book so the book clubs read what movies we watch what shows we go to see what entertainers we bring in get fit has a very long list of programs they power our stretching and balance water aerobics Tai Chi Pilates we even have circuit training we have lectures we have speakers we have French classes we have an amazing art program it's not just painting and sculpting it's writing it's poetry there's poker three nights a week there's ma John there's something for everyone and if what you're interested in is not offered let us know and we will find a way to bring that to you [Music]
