The Hearth at Prestwick offers professional, tailored Avon, Indiana, Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Residents have access to their choice of home health agencies that provide regular personal care assessments. Depending on the level of care, residents also may receive special nutritional counseling and escort and transfer assistance. Licensed nurses are on call 24 hours a day in case of an emergency. Special bathing, dressing and hygiene assistance are available for any resident needing extra attention.
