Goshen, known as The Maple City, bustles with activity, both downtown and in its outlying areas. you this is Mina Newbern reporting on the inner workings of food preparation at Greek rock ocean I'm going to introduce my camera person Amy Wilhelm right behind me she's waiting for you that's great and we have our production manager Bobby all right utilities it's just making taking your time to make sure everything put on your right yeah as much of it as you can but if I were to get everything out at the right time the right place it is like bacon simple I just know the backstory I bet we eat a lot of bacon here at campus No twelve cases of bacon a week did you hear would you believe you guys are amazing and we go in a freezer yeah I don't care yeah let's go in the big one that looks healthy last thing so these Rochelle began weren't you making buttered noodles look at that big chunk of butter up top there and no later they're so good I know they create everything no I just I think really [Applause] were either well we have to go Oh not here today but the order and the rotation and the plan weakness of our storeroom is always admired by everyone the state is always very impressive they come that is a lot of things yes what we've learned in is ordered by our computers what items in in recipes and then we put recipes and men so it really know exactly how many you have of everything Nina also two cookies better really good so yeah Aaron Wow and here go into the freezer proponent we have even a turd there for Israel's let's get on our paper supplies I mean we just have a lot of things in jail that looks a little bad there but wow that's that's the ones that I'm following it but yeah don't care they like temperature in here feels good there it is up there ice cream runs about five to ten below zero yep our enemy our inventory clerk as boots snowsuit and gloves because they're in there for a while you don't ask oh wow there's dogs the old weather clothes right there know what anything else we want to know today I think we did a tour here now you do yeah three big pushes a day yes we have three deadlines every day three deadlines MA every day 365 days a year we have breakfast out by 7:00 lunch out by 11:00 and suffer out by 4:00 and Bobby aren't you kinda also known for some special displays you do like in our Christmas meal beautiful I would call that food are the jersey of preparation I love eatin it I love making it I love displaying it it's all good great well thank you Amy for videoing and thank you bobbi for our tour today I just think people may have no idea what what hard workers you are and how much it takes to do this every day yes and we we just want to show our appreciation it kind of shows a little bit of that and who knows we might even some follow up there's a sidebar it's gonna open that's at a time soon sometime soon looking really good we're excited I'm not sure we're going to be ready but we're excited and then there's some pantries and tunnels someday maybe we connect together the households we've got a great team though we work together you get it out every day we never missed a meal well stay tuned to infer more of the inner workings of food preparation and food services I guess is the creditor of every culinary culinary
