CrownPointe is also the manager of Hartford Place Apartments, which provides affordable, income-based housing for seniors.
The owners of CrownPointe Communities have been operating senior campuses since 1989. Our focus is to provide a continuum of care within the campus atmosphere that will provide both independent and assisted living for our residents. Many of our campuses are now Licensed Residential Care Facilities that can offer daily meals, non-skilled nursing services, assistance with bathing and medication management.
