At Pleasant View Home we believe in providing old fashioned personal service accompanied by the latest in modern health care science. The governing board of directors is made of representatives from the six supporting churches and three members voted in at large. The CEO and management is responsible to the board of directors and works directly with the board to ensure positive cooperation and a positive living environment.

welcome to Pleasant View home we have been providing expert nursing care for more than 70 years and are proud to be a leader in person-centered care we were one of the early nursing homes who adopted person-centered care person-centered care is we give people options of what their day is going to look like so if they like to get up early then they're allowed to get up early it's not lights out at 10:00 for everyone and the doors open at 6:00 it's your life and you get to make those decisions located in Inman Kansas our campus consists of more than 100 nursing rooms many independent living units including income based rental units we also operate Pleasant Hills a beautiful 12 beds senior living facility located in Hutchinson at Pleasant View we help individuals stay connected to their environment events and people through meaningful activities and experiences that promote independence we offer the comforts of home cable TV telephones wireless internet delicious home-cooked meals and whirlpool baths are all available and pets are welcome too pleasant view provides expert care with a variety of services our residents and patients need we also offer a certified music and memory program which helps Alzheimer's and dementia residents with their memory and to reconnect with their environment rehab and recovery services are available and include physical occupational and speech therapy for individuals who need intermittent care Pleasant View provides adult day care services our adult day care residents enjoy and have access to all the amenities offered on our campus and determine the schedule that fits their lifestyle day or night plus view home health is our newly Medicare certified home health department our home health care has been serving the needs of those in Inman as well as residents of McPherson Reno rice and Harvey counties since 1994 our mission with home health is to help our clients achieve the highest quality of life possible while remaining independent at home if you want to recover in your home rather than in a nursing home setting and you're able to do that we we come to your home and perform those services we also can provide transportation laundry companion care diabetic services so we come in and monitor we provide medications take blood sugar we can do run IVs at home we can do the full gamut of activities and services that home health provides Pleasant View Estates is our independent living campus consisting of seven duplexes one for plex one single-family home and 68 congregate living units that are attached to the nursing home apartments are available for rent or purchase of a life lease amenities include private garages maintenance call lights for emergencies activities delicious home-cooked meals laundry in unit or on-site library coffee house guest rooms beauty shop and pets are welcome we expanded into Hutchinson with Pleasant Hills a combination of luxury senior living personalized support and assistant health care Pleasant Hills gives residents more individualized care in a home style atmosphere with a capacity for 12 residents Pleasant Hills offers around-the-clock medical assistance housekeeping and cooking services as well as engaging activities all in a rustic setting in Hutchinson from our many facilities to our personalized services Pleasant View provides the individual care treatment and living environment needed for each person's unique needs we are a veteran contract at home and our veteran services are all-inclusive and include nursing and respite care inpatient or outpatient therapies and home health we have a veteran named Donald Baron and he thinks that we are the Hilton of long-term care a lot of these veterans come from other communities and they don't have the opportunity that our nursing home can provide with the person-centered care and just how beautifully I've kept it is and the good care that they receive so they think we're the Hilton we are proud to have served residents all across central Kansas for so many decades you can rely on us to continue providing only the most professional and expert person-centered care and to be a place you would want to call home [Music] [Applause] [Music]
