Davis Manor

Davis Manor is a grand assisted living community in Lancaster, Massachusetts. It is within colorful Worcester County which is part of the Bay State.

Built in 2000, the single level Davis Manor residence evokes days gone by while employing modern amenities.  This handicapped-accessible home includes a carefully planned color scheme and fixture orientation to help facilitate the independent living needs of the residents.

The design of Davis Manor provides supervised living and care that lends itself to privacy and independence, while at the same time maintains the capacity to monitor and keep each resident safe.

Davis Manor is a unique assisted living community providing personalized care to men and women with developmental disabilities in a homelike and warm setting. Highly-trained staff support residents in navigating their daily lives and offer gentle assistance with issues of aging that include health and mobility challenges, as well as various levels of memory decline.

The team at Davis Manor respects individual needs and preferences, and welcomes the involvement and interest of family and friends.  Our day-to-day care meets the high standards required by our licensing and accreditation agencies.

Residents of Davis Manor enjoy a strong network of supports, daily supervision, and activities designed to maintain residents' independent functioning for as long as possible.

The residence’s indoor amenities include a light and bright country kitchen and dining room.  Both areas offer an opportunity for visiting and shared meals. We offer communal areas for group activities. Six bedrooms (one single and five doubles) offer quiet, personal space for residents as well as an en-suite bathroom.  Many of our residents enjoy the use of our whirlpool bath designed for stability and safety.

Each of the six bedrooms opens to a large central living room, providing a hub for socializing and activities including bingo, jigsaw puzzles, and card games.
