we looked around here and lo and behold two people that I worked with retired here and said hey this is a place to go I talk to marketing and said we have a big house so we want lots of square footage garage and all of that stuff and they laughed a month later they called up and said we got a two bedroom two bedroom silly idea that won't work they said you want to really look at it so it's this new building up here called park view and its really very nice and you might want to check it out so we went up there and both my wife and I got blown away I just fell in love with it so we're extremely happy I think it was a smartest move we ever made and I think we were young enough 75 we felt we were young enough that we could appreciate the scream campus I was an easy decision and every aspect of it just worked perfectly the residents are supportive and it's you know you're making new friends all the time and you know it's just fabulous to have wonderful people like that all around you so it's like well we looked at this because we like the view but what we really liked was being able to be associated with talented people exciting people and supportive people we feel very much at home here oh yeah absolutely I think my wife always did to finance because she didn't trust me with arithmetic but but yes it has simplified things first of all there was a lot of less stuff we're writing checks for there are expenses which we would have incurred back in our residents are minimized here because it's just more stuff interesting stuff available and food yeah we we love the dining room I think we are more comfortable and more secure with that financial with our financial situation and that means you can concentrate on the kids and the grandkids we had a lovely house but I don't miss it and somebody else is clean and not the gutters when we first looked at this and I think a lot of new prospects look at a place like this you look at in terms of square footage the building's dining and all that sort of stuff with the what turned me on has turned me on having been here now for almost five years is the people the residents the Association the camaraderie the support outstanding fellow residents very very very warm and wonderful experience I recommend
