Byron Center Manor was established in 1989 with the goal of providing seniors with the level of care they need in a comfortable, friendly, and safe environment. We treat our residents like family and pride ourselves in the sense of community we’ve established at our living centers.
We know that nothing matters more than family. Taking care of our loved ones was why we built Byron Center Manor, and it's our mission to take care of every single resident like one of our own family.
At Byron Center Manor, our community is split into three neighborhoods based on our residents’ abilities and the level of care they need. Our Independent Living center is for residents who want to maintain a sense of independence in the safety of a community, where they have access to numerous activities, amenities, and social events. In our Assisted Living center, residents receive the care they need throughout the day while still enjoying a private room, activities, and community events. Our Memory Care center is for residents who need a safe and secure living environment where they are provided with engaging activities throughout the day and assistance with daily tasks. In all of our neighborhoods, safety is a priority, with emergency medical assistance available 24/7.
There is always plenty to do at Byron Center Manor with a full day of activities planned, depending on the neighborhood. Our activity staff encourages communities to interact and stay active with different activities every day. Our activities are split into West and East to ensure that they are tailored to the residents’ abilities. These activities aim to activate the mind through games and trivia, as well as focus on sensory skills through crafts and music. We also offer bible studies and catholic communion so that residents can maintain their faith. At Byron Center Manor, we provide an array of services to meet the needs of our residents. At each of our neighborhoods, our residents are encouraged to take advantage of our extra services to make their lives more comfortable.
