Autumn Ridge maintains a reputation for compassionate care and dedication to all residents who we have the privilege of serving. Our staff develops personal relationships with each resident as we assist with daily routines; dressing, toileting, transferring, medication administration and more.
Many of our staff members have been employed with us since our community opened in 2003. Staff members have been chosen for their professionalism and skills, as well as their passion for working with seniors. Our staff spends time learning about residents’ likes and dislikes, interests, personalities, routines, and special requirements. Because of the close relationship between residents and staff, we can identify when resident needs change, notify family members and quickly adjust resident care plans or bring in additional medical support.

- Meals: Three meals served daily in our Dining Room (includes accommodations for special diets)
- Housekeeping: Daily light housekeeping and trash removal plus weekly cleaning

Autumn Ridge of Clarkston can help by providing a comfortable, secure, home-like environment for your loved one to enjoy. Autumn Ridge is highly recommended by both professionals in the community and family members of current and former residents. Memory Care is offered in our two Reminiscence Cottages, each providing a home for 20 residents. Our Care Managers receive specialized training to effectively care for individuals with memory loss, allowing them to enjoy each day in a compassionate, nurturing environment. Our Life Enrichment Program is designed to offer cognitive stimulation, physical movement and creative outlets that engage our residents daily.
Autumn Ridge of Clarkston employs a Wellness Team that includes nurses who are onsite, full-time, seven days a week because we have committed to providing the best care for our residents and their families each day. Our Wellness Nurses provide care for our residents, follow up on medical issues, prevent problems from escalating, obtain lab samples and coordinate care with doctors, hospitals, rehabilitation centers and families. The Wellness Team also includes Care Supervisors, Care Managers, and Medication Passers who are onduty around the clock, seven days a week to assist our residents.
