Hidden Creek Adult Foster Care has been a respected Assisted Living Facility since 2007. Hidden Creek AFC provides outstanding care for all people fifty-five years of age and older, with a variety of medical conditions. Our experienced caregivers provide a wealth of services and are extremely friendly and compassionate. We not only support patients, but we also support family and friends. We educate families, giving them the tools they need to provide the proper level of care for their loved ones. Hidden Creek Adult Foster Care provides home health care services, such as bathing, grooming, medication dispensing and monitoring, quality of life services and companionship.
The residents will be over fifty-five years old, have various ailments requiring constant, supervision. They should be able to understand verbal cueing, accept care giving, have some social skills and fit in a small cozy environment. They should not be bed bound or require continuous nursing care.
We are situated off the road at the end of a private drive. The home is appealing to the eye and equipped with ramps for handicap accessibility. We have beautiful grounds with attractive vegetation. The porches are designed to accommodate relaxation and enjoying nature. Our bird feeders also entertain us all.
The mission of Hidden Creek Adult Foster Care and all of its staff is to provide a home to the residents that is most similar to living with their own loved ones in a conventional home. The quality of their days will be our priority. Our home shall have a secure, safe living environment that will still enrich and fulfill their lives. The needs of each individual senior will be addressed and all effort will be made to preserve their personal dignity.
Goals, policies and operating procedures will attempt to enrich the lives of the seniors whose trust we hold as well as their loved ones who depend on us. Each resident will be handled with love and understanding, as a part of our family.
Our Goal- To provide the aging population with a home-like setting which would be an alternative to a more restrictive and institutional environment. We will provide our clients with twenty-four hour supervision and quality care.
We are going to provide as “normal“ of surroundings as possible. We will include the residents in as many day to day tasks as they care to join in. We will address their individual likes and dislikes whenever we are able and make their days as pleasant,as we can. The residents will have the opportunity to have private time, accept visits from their families and religious leaders.
To care for the special needs of our elderly, the staff will be carefully selected and trained to meet the needs of all our clients. The new licensing rules regarding criminal background checks will be followed and all employees will be of good moral character.
