Hummingbird Senior Care is an energetic assisted living community in Hartland, Michigan. It is within picturesque Livingston County which is part of the Great Lakes State.
Opened in 2017, this 8-bed home is located on a beautiful, rolling 5 acre parcel in Hartland. It is equipped with 4 semi-private bedrooms, a very spacious bathroom with a roll-in shower, and two separate living areas. This home was built specifically for the purpose of taking care of the elderly and is 100% handicap accessible.

We can assist with all ADLs (Toileting, Bathing, Grooming, Dressing, Transferring, Mobility, Ambulation, Administering Medications, Eating/ Feeding.) We work with Home Care and Hospice companies to meet most medical needs (Oxygen and Diabetes Management, Wound Care, Tube Feeding, Catheter and Colostomy Care.) We also have a visiting Physician and a visiting Podiatrist.
Arts, activities, music, parties, and fun events happen here all of the time. Birthdays, holidays, you name it, we've got it covered! We have a massage therapist, music therapist, and hair dresser. We love to have fun!
You'll feel at home here at Hummingbird Senior Care and we're here to assist in any way we can. We take care of the cooking, the cleaning, the laundry, and all shopping. The friends and family of all our guests are welcome!
