Green Acres of Lowell offers 47, one-bedroom apartments with a centrally located “Square” that includes a Café & Coffee Shop, Pharmacy, Post Office, a Beauty/Barber Shop and Community Room.
We focus on independent and spacious living spaces in a community atmosphere. Choose from private, one- or two-bedroom apartments. Some apartments are equipped with their own kitchenettes for the resident to make their own meals/snacks. Each of our locations offer a centrally-located community dining area where residents are served three home-cooked meals per day. Each apartment also has a private balcony/patio and walking areas for outdoor recreation. Apartment amenities include: washer/dryer, bathrooms with accessible showers, individual monitored heat/air conditioning, 24-hour emergency response system, all utilities, and basic cable.
