All of our Adult Foster Care (AFC) homes are regulated by the State of Michigan and are warm and welcoming environments to live. Our goal with this third facility, is to provide 24 hour care, specializing in short and long term memory loss.
Elder Ridge Manor II has taken special considerations in the design of the building to better meet the needs of patients in need of memory care. We are equipped with “Secure Unit Devices” for the protection of our clients, who are at risk of wandering off.

All of our locations have a full staff of direct care professionals on hand 24/7. They provide each patient with compassionate, knowledgeable care at all levels; individualized to meet the needs of our clients.
Both locations offer a variety of assistance based on each individuals needs. Our team members are experienced in providing assistance in managing diabetic needs, ostomy care, wound treatment, feeding tubes, medication management and much more.
Both locations offer a range of activities based on each individuals abilities. Activities include: bingo, bowling, card games, gardening, personalized shopping, meals out, and trips to the movies.
