Pioneer Estates is a lovely assisted living community in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. It is within colorful Hennepin County which is part of the North Star State.
Pioneer Estates operates three residential care homes that offer 24 hour assisted living services. Each of our homes can accommodate up to (10) residents comfortably. We serve seniors in the community with cognitive and physical impairments. We specialize in memory care, palliative care, hospice, and respite services. Our purpose is to provide superior and customized care while fostering a rewarding life in the comfort of a home. We are truly a "home away from home", an alternative to nursing home and big assisted living sites.
Who We Serve
Memory Problems: Problems with memory and disorientation (e.g., Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia) often get in the way of doing normal daily activities and communicating with others.
Our staff at Pioneer Estates is specially trained to understand these concerns – managing the behavior issues that sometimes accompany them, along with the frustration, fear, and confusion they may experience.
Physical Disabilities: A variety of physical disabilities and chronic health conditions can make it harder to do every day activities like walking, getting dressed, bathing, and preparing meals independently.
But our staff helps with all of these and other daily tasks (e.g., incontinence care), making sure all of their daily needs are met, regardless of the severity of their health concerns.
Head Injuries/Mental Health: Strokes, depression, and sleep issues can also play a big impact on your loved one’s life, affecting everything from memory to concentration and how they feel on a daily basis.
Our goal is to make your loved one feel supported, both in taking care of their everyday needs and feeling supported emotionally when things are difficult.
