The Birchwood campus consists of Birchwood Arbors, a 46-apartment community that offers assisted living, and Birchwood Health Care Center, a 120-bed community for transitional care, skilled nursing, and memory care. The campus is designed so that all buildings are interconnected to create a vibrant community atmosphere.
