Pathstone Crossing opened a distinct memory care household in 2007. This beautiful household offers tailored living to those with Alzheimer’s and related dementias. Each resident has a private suite with a bathroom. The layout provides the optimal balance of independence, safety and security.
The Ecumen Care Center on the Pathstone Living campus specializes in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. The flagship Skilled Nursing at Pathstone Living draws on our time-honored foundation of dedication and care.
Ecumen Home Care-Pathstone provides a helping hand for safe, independent living. We offer therapy, skilled nursing and respite care, as well as assistance with bathing, personal care, housekeeping, shopping and more. We help you live safely and independently in the place you love most – your own home.
