With 35 units, including a separate eight-unit memory care facility, Lake Song offers just the right mix of privacy and social life. A large community room with adjoining kitchen, and second floor sitting area, library, and sunroom, are bright and comfortable spaces where residents can join in social and recreational activities or entertain family and friends. Our one bedroom, one plus den, or two bedroom residences provide a private, home-like haven, with living room and kitchenette (except in memory care units).

The eight units at Lake Song are in a secure, separate area with 24-hour staffing to meet the special needs of those who are no longer able to live alone. These residents have access to their own separate and secure courtyard. Lake Song Memory Care includes the following services:

While Lake Song has been designed to respect and ensure privacy and independence for each resident, we also offer a complete range of support services tailored to the needs o four residence. Healthcare staff are on duty 24 hours a day to provide assistance with daily activities and to monitor the healthcare needs of our residents.
