The Lyngblomsten Apartments in St. Paul, MN is a 105-unit HUD subsidized rental apartment building for people 62 years of age or older who have low incomes. We offer personalized living without the worries of maintaining a home. A variety of opportunities for social activities and other services are available. Those needing personal or medical care can contract for services through Lyngblomsten Home Health Services or through any agency of their choice. Involved management and staff promote the feeling of a caring family.

Home Health Services available 24 hours a day through Lyngblomsten Home Health Services: personal care, medication monitoring, homemaker, chore or escort services, and professional RN care coordination. Tenants are also welcome to contract for services with an outside home health agency if preferred.

Services included:

A full-time Service Coordinator on staff assists with finding resources and arranging extra services tenants may need.
Weekly services include dairy delivery and mobile post office. Coffee and toast (mornings) and coffee and cookies (afternoons) are served in the dining room 3 days/week.
Robust activities calendar plus outings planned and organized by tenants (with staff assistance).
Includes: water, sewer, garbage, and heat. There is a monthly HUD utility allowance
Chef-prepared 3-course midday meal daily in the community dining room (20 meals/month minimum required).
Transportation opportunities, e.g. grocery shopping, appointments, outings
