Minnesota Greenleaf is a senior living and memory care facility located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Thief River Falls, Minnesota. Founded in 2004, Greenleaf was built on the philosophy of providing individualized care to our residents. Our caring and intimate setting creates a home- like feeling while still having amenities found in larger facilities.
From the moment you enter Greenleaf Living Community in Thief River Falls you will feel at home. We have designed spacious and attractively-furnished common areas located throughout the facility where residents can enjoy a meaningful conversation with friends and family, or participate in one of our many daily activities. When residents want to retreat to their own living space you will find that it feels just like home, furnished and decorated with your most cherished belongings.
Nutrition is a very important factor in ongoing good health. Minnesota Greenleaf provides three nutritious meals and two snacks daily. Meals are prepared from scratch and served by trained personnel in a beautiful dining room. We feel that conversation and friendships are very important to our residents, for that reason we do not assign them to a specific table but rather let them choose where they would like to sit.
Our nursing staff is in ongoing communications with physicians and residents to ensure that the individualized care that is needed is being met.
We know that safety is very important to our residents and their families; therefore we provide licensed nurses, medically trained personnel and caregivers 24-hours a day. We also provide each resident with a 24-hour emergency pendant that they keep with them at all times.
